Social Studies February 23-27

Pueblo Projects!

The students did a great job creating their own pueblos out of Play-Doh.  I thought I would share a few.  Hope everyone is having a great evening!

Social Studies February 17-20

Good Afternoon!

This week in Social Studies, we will be studying the first civilizations of the Americas.  Along with those, we will investigate the Hopewell, Mississipians, Incas and Aztecs.  On Wednesday, students will be building pueblos out of play-doh and explaining why they were important to the Hopwells and Mississipians.  The rest of the week, we will be studying the Incas and Aztecs.  Students will have to fill out a venn diagram.  The blank venn diagram has been added to the Important Documents link.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!  Hope everyone has a great three day weekend!
